링고패널(LingoPanel)은 유튜브 영상으로 외국어를 공부하도록 돕는 Chrome 확장프로그램입니다. 현재 무료로 제공합니다. 운영자는 서비스의 내용을 바꾸거나, AI 학습지 같은 일부 기능을 미리 알리지 않고 멈추거나 사용 횟수를 제한할 수 있습니다.
2. 유튜브 영상과 자막
링고패널은 YouTube 또는 Google과 관련이 없습니다. 영상과 자막의 권리는 각 권리자에게 있으며, 링고패널은 사용자가 보고 있는 영상을 개인 학습에 쓰도록 도울 뿐입니다. 사용자는 YouTube 이용약관을 지켜야 하며, 학습지나 내보낸 파일을 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하는 방식으로 배포하면 안 됩니다.
3. AI 학습지와 번역
AI가 만든 뜻·설명·퀴즈와 기계 번역은 틀릴 수 있습니다. 중요한 판단에는 다른 자료로 확인해 주세요.
4. 기계 음성 (고급 목소리 포함)
링고패널의 읽어 주기·통역 음성은 기계가 만든 음성입니다. 고급 목소리는 Supertone의 Supertonic 모델(BigScience OpenRAIL-M 라이선스)을 사용하며, 사용자는 이 모델과 그 출력물을 다음 용도로 사용하지 않는 데 동의합니다.

- 미성년자를 착취하거나 해치는 일
- 남을 해칠 목적으로 거짓으로 확인된 정보를 만들거나 퍼뜨리는 일
- 개인을 해치는 데 쓰일 수 있는 개인 식별 정보를 만들거나 퍼뜨리는 일
- 기계가 만든 내용임을 분명히 밝히지 않고 퍼뜨리는 일
- 남을 비방하거나 괴롭히는 일
- 동의 없이 다른 사람을 흉내 내는 일 (딥페이크 등)
- 개인의 법적 권리에 불리한 영향을 주는 완전 자동화된 결정
- 온라인·오프라인 행동이나 개인 특성을 근거로 개인이나 집단을 차별하거나 해치는 일
- 나이·사회적·신체적·정신적 특성에 따른 취약점을 이용해 행동을 왜곡하여 해를 끼치는 일
- 법으로 보호되는 특성을 근거로 차별하는 일
- 의료 조언이나 의료 결과 해석
- 사법·법 집행·이민·난민 절차에 쓸 정보를 만들거나 퍼뜨리는 일 (범죄 예측 등)

1. The service
LingoPanel is a Chrome extension that helps you learn languages from YouTube videos. It is currently free. We may change the service, or pause or limit some features (such as AI lessons) without notice.
2. YouTube videos and captions
LingoPanel is not affiliated with YouTube or Google. Rights to videos and captions belong to their owners; LingoPanel only helps you use the video you are watching for personal study. You must follow YouTube's Terms of Service and must not distribute lessons or exported files in a way that infringes others' rights.
3. AI lessons and translation
Meanings, explanations and quizzes made by AI, and machine translations, may contain mistakes. Please check other sources before relying on them for anything important.
4. Machine voices (including the premium voice)
Read-aloud and interpret voices in LingoPanel are machine-generated. The premium voice uses Supertone's Supertonic model under the BigScience OpenRAIL-M license. You agree not to use the model or its output:
- (a) in any way that violates any applicable national, federal, state, local or international law or regulation;
- (b) for the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way;
- (c) to generate or disseminate verifiably false information and/or content with the purpose of harming others;
- (d) to generate or disseminate personal identifiable information that can be used to harm an individual;
- (e) to generate or disseminate information and/or content in any context without expressly and intelligibly disclaiming that it is machine generated;
- (f) to defame, disparage or otherwise harass others;
- (g) to impersonate or attempt to impersonate (e.g. deepfakes) others without their consent;
- (h) for fully automated decision making that adversely impacts an individual's legal rights or otherwise creates or modifies a binding, enforceable obligation;
- (i) for any use intended to or which has the effect of discriminating against or harming individuals or groups based on online or offline social behavior or known or predicted personal or personality characteristics;
- (j) to exploit any of the vulnerabilities of a specific group of persons based on their age, social, physical or mental characteristics, in order to materially distort the behavior of a person pertaining to that group in a manner that causes or is likely to cause that person or another person physical or psychological harm;
- (k) for any use intended to or which has the effect of discriminating against individuals or groups based on legally protected characteristics or categories;
- (l) to provide medical advice and medical results interpretation;
- (m) to generate or disseminate information for the purpose to be used for administration of justice, law enforcement, immigration or asylum processes, such as predicting an individual will commit fraud/crime commitment.

5. Limitation of liability
LingoPanel is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from its use.
